Rates

Rates are in US Dollars based on double occupancy per night, and subject to a 15% service charge and 8% government tax. EP (European Plan) rates include island breakfast buffet, AI (All Inclusive) rates include all meals and beverages. For single occupancy deduct $120.00 from any rate. All rates may be subject to change without notice.

Minimum stay

Christmas bookings must be for a minimum of seven days for all room categories. Winter Season bookings must be for a minimum of three nights for all room categories.

Children

Children aged 6 years or younger are welcome to stay for free in their parents' room. For children aged 7 to 16 we charge half price. Some room categories are not suitable for children. We allow a maximum of two children per room.

Payment

All reservations must be paid in full on arrival. On-line reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations

A minimum of 3 nights cancellation charge applies to all cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within the last 7 days, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Your own private resort

Book the ENTIRE Resort for a destination wedding or your family or corporate affair for up to 52 guests on a Carefree All Inclusive package of US$50,000.00 plus tax and service charge per day. Minimum stay 3 nights, some periods may be subject to availability.
